Contests, Promotions & Sweepstakes – Official Rules & Conditions
PROMOTIONS DESCRIPTION: The Company, iClips Network, L.L.C., ("iClips") regularly conducts various Contests, Promotions & Sweepstakes (collectively "Contests") on the website, http://www.iclips.net ("Website"). All Contests, regardless of their timing, nature, scope or prizes shall be subject to and governed by these Official Rules.
By participating in an iClips Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of iClips Network, L.L.C. – 107 S Meramec, St. Louis, MO 63105, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY: You must be sixteen (16) years of age or older in order to enter. Officers, directors, and employees of iClips, and members of their immediate families, any participating websites or companies who have been retained in relation to this promotion, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") are ineligible to win a prize as offered through Contests on the Website. Only registered iClips members shall be eligible to submit a valid entry form. Registration on iClips is free and open to all individuals over the age of 16 years old. Entrants are not eligible to win iClips Contests within 90 days of each other.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter a Contest on iClips, complete the Contest entry form with all the information requested. Click "Enter the Contest" and you will automatically be entered. (First time visitors will be required to register with the Website. Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. The Website's clock will be the official time keeper for all Contests. All requested information on the entry form at the Webpage must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Personal information collected in connection with iClips Contests will be used by iClips in accordance with the privacy policy as set forth: http://www.iclips.net/privacypolicy.php. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt of such entry.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Contest winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period for the Contest entered. All drawings are conducted at random by iClips, using methods within its sole discretion. iClips will make all reasonable efforts to contact winners. If winners do not respond within two (2) business days of the final contact attempt, iClips will conduct a new random drawing, the winner of which will receive the corresponding prize. This process will continue until either all prizes have been awarded or no valid entries remain, whichever occurs first. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. iClips shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: By entering an iClips contest, entrants release and hold harmless iClips, all affiliates and subsidiaries of such entities, their employees, agents and representatives from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death or property damage. Each prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. All prizes are strictly promotional in nature. Any sale or commercial transference of prizes is expressly forbidden.
If a winner is not of legal age of majority in his or her state of residence (a "minor"), at iClips option, applicable prize either will be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian of winner, or parent or legal guardian.
GENERAL RELEASE: Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for iClips to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entrants (or if minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree that iClips shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation a Contest or any Contest-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
iClips reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
