Annual Holocaust Observance

The twenty-seventh annual State of Illinois Holocaust Memorial Observance will take place Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Old State Capitol in Springfield. This "Day of Remembrance" is set aside annually by Congress to remember the victims of the Holocaust and to remind Americans of the ultimate dangers of hatred, prejudice, and state-sponsored discrimination.
