My feed hasn't worked yet. There were a few times it started to work but then it got stuck. Now it doesn't want to start at all. Tried a bunch of different things at different times. Have a great computer and relatively fast internet connection. Don't really want a refund but would like to see the show. If there is something I can do to get this thing to buffer and play correctly then I am all ears - thanks!!

My wife amd I flew to Vegas to so GnR Friday (after seeing them 2 weeks ago in Seattle). Awesome freaking show. Hard Rock Las Vegas is great. Flew home Saturday and watched the iClips replay of the show - FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!!! Thanks iClips, you've helped cement some great memories here. Axl's got a great thing going with DJ Ashba and Bumblefoot and Richard Fortus - I sure hope he keeps it going!!!

Don't blame GNR or Iclips for the fact that you've got a crappy computer, and or isp... The show streamed beautifully and aside from the occasional picture staying on screen for a few seconds I have no issues... My quad core, and 40mbs service ripped the show in two, and left it lyin on the bed with it's ass in the air.

I also have to say the sound was WORLDS better than the LA show, and aside from ashba sloppin up the beginning of sweet child they were all perfection

I just dont understand how LA went so mooth and this was a complete disaster. I also paid for the $14.99 package deal and feel a little ripped off that they offer a 60% discount just days later and then I miss over an hour of the show. In theory I think it's a great idea what iClips and GnR have tried to do and if it works smoothly then hell yeah, do more of it. We are paying customers and you are providing a service that we paid for, so, if its not working properly expect the bitch and get it fixed. I didnt ask you guys to provide the service, but am and will be more than willing to pay for said service again in the future if it's working properly. I dont expect something for nothing and dont need any handouts because iClips had technical issues, just fix what I paid for

You are providing a fantastic service to the fans by offering live (and playback) streams. There is a worldwide audience with strong, continuous demand for GNR media - and now we finally have a premium source which could prove to be of more value than what is occasionally available on message boards. Thank you!

Having said that, there were a number of technical issues with last night's stream. As the wave of postings suggests, some fans are highly irritated with the technical glitches, while others appreciate the challenges of globally streaming video and audio content to thousands of users simultaneously. It seems understandable that these things happen with nascent internet services for a variety of reasons (e.g.,. bandwidth, ISP problems, etc.). Nonetheless, a meaningful portion of the audience - that is the CUSTOMERS who paid - are not satisfied.

In addition, there are fans angered over the last minute deep discounting of ticket prices. This includes myself, as I am dissatisfied about paying full-price for a ticket days before a 60% discount. In other words, I paid a 60% premium for being a loyal fan who locked-in revenue for iclips and GNR. This does not make sense from the business or fan appreciation perspectives.

The good news is iClips and GNR and rectify the situation and use these experiences to provide better service in the future. In order to do so, the fan base recommends the following next steps:

1. Provide a replay of the show ASAP. We paid for it, and now it should be available. As of 11AM EST, it is not. Bear in mind, all fans east of the Pacific time zone, probably did not even see the live stream.

2. Post the show for an extended period of time. 24 hours is too restrictive given the circumstances. Think of it like this: 24 hours plus the time required to fix and re-stream the show is equal to how much?

3. Provide discount refunds to all previous customers who paid full price. Your records should show that I bought the LA Forum show. Then I bought the Vegas show. Don't gouge your best customers while rewarding your average customers.

4. Provide discounts and other incentives for future shows.

We all understand this is new and experimental and we thank you for even offering this as most bands do not. It is a worthwhile service, and hopefully one that will benefit the fans while making commercial returns for iClips and GNR.

Thank you again and we look forward to hearing from you.

What a huge disappointment! Saw them at the dcu center in Worcester ma last month, I have seen them a bunch of times with the original band, saw them front row twice! The show last month was the best Guns has ever sounded, way better sound with 3 guitars! I saw the new guns a few years ago and the band sounded great, but axl was a little off which is understandable, being a vocalist myself, I fully know you can't win them all. Last months show it all clicked and was a freakin, great GREAT show! Axl is the greatest rock vocalist that has ever lived! Was so looking forward to this show in Vegas, if the on-demand stream sucks this will be the last and only time iclips gets a dime of my hard earned coin!

In the upper righthand corner it says 10:30pm PST. Sounds about right for a GNR show in Vegas. So that would make it about 6 hours from now. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Looking forward to seeing this show!!

I think the video quality should be better HD quality.I found that going full screen it was too pixelly and the mix was good except for the backing vocals being too high so if those could be fixed it would make it a much more enjoyable experience
